Based in Los Angeles, James works at the intersection of creativity, systems, and business—bringing a global perspective to how ideas are built and scaled. With over a decade across both agency and client environments, his work spans brand strategy, design, and content. As Creative Director of James Creative and Founder of Constelar, his focus has evolved from individual outputs to building connected ventures with clarity, intention, and longevity. Moving fluidly between disciplines—directing, designing, structuring, refining—he creates work that feels both resolved and ready to evolve.

Teakaau designs and builds the technology, systems, and automation that power Constelar’s ventures. With over 20 years in global technology leadership—from industry giants such as HP to decacorn startup innovators such as Celonis—he has held senior leadership roles spanning enterprise platforms, hyperscaler ecosystems, and global alliances. His experience across both emerging and established technologies informs a practical, systems-first approach to building from the ground up. At Constelar, he focuses on creating infrastructure that is scalable, efficient, and designed to support long-term growth.
